I ordered from Subispeed the tracking was solid. It updated quickly enough that I could actually see where my stuff was along the way, which was nice. Everything showed up when it was supposed to, so yeah, no complaints really

I ordered a few parts from SubiSpeed.com and, to be fair, everything showed up in decent shape. The parts themselves were fine, so I can’t really complain about that part of the order. The headache started when I had a simple install question and reached out to tech support.

Whoever handled my ticket made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be. It took longer than expected to get a response, and when they finally replied, it felt like they skimmed my message and sent back a generic answer. I even had to send pictures twice, and still didn’t get much beyond basic info I had already figured out.

i mean, I ordered from subispeed thinking the promo code would take a decent amount off, but once shipping was added, it barely changed the total. Some of the sale items looked like they were marked down, but they still felt kind of expensive. The site itself is fine, I just wish the discounts were a little more clear upfront. i’m not sure it’s worth waiting around for a promo
